This is the third and final of our Creative Scotland funded videos as part of our “Reaching Out” project.
Enough is Enough is a song calling for action on climate change written by Karine Polwart, Marcus Britton, Oli Furness and Heather Macleod. It’s part of a project led by Oi Musica.
We performed this song at the Peace Pole in Helix Park in October 2021 as part of a pilgrimage to COP26 in Glasgow. Unfortunately, the weather was so bad that day that filming wasn’t possible – but we’ve recreated our performance in less wet (but just as windy!) conditions recently, and we hope you enjoy it!

As part of a project with Love Singing, we worked with filmmaker Louise Mather on a music video for the song, “A New Day”. Choir members collaborated with songwriter Hannah Fredsgaard-Jones to develop the lyrical ideas; Hannah also wrote the beautiful music for this piece.
The music video was shared online as part of Love Singing’s launch event on Friday 10th December 2021. This song, and four others, are now available to be used freely by other choirs, and there are a host of resources to help you learn the songs. We have been working with Camelon Arts and filmmaker, Jassy Earl on a music video for the song, “Singing Helps Me Breathe“. Choir members wrote the lyrics for to represent our varied experiences of lockdown, and music was written by Music Director, Kim Edgar.
